Focused Infrared Welding System AOYUE 710 is a low cost, modular and flexible infrared technology for effective, high yield rework of advanced IC packages. Uses infrared heat wave technology instead of the conventional hot air, effectively solves the major problem being encountered when using the hot air gun, which is the movement of surrounding components while reworking. Can be used widely for reworking BGAs, micro BGAs, QFPs, PLCCs, SOICs, small SMD and other circuit board components.
