AOYUE Int 732 Infrared Rework Station combines pre-heater suitable for large areas, high powered top-heater and compatible lead free solder iron. AOYUE Int 732 Infrared Rework Station uses the internal temperature sensors to perform reballing and prebaking of the board, as well as the external temperature sensor to control the rework process manually. The reflowing process is fully automated via the profile set by user. A wide range of tips allows performing the different types of activities such as cleaning BGAs, drag soldering, thru-hole soldering and many others.
